I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Megapolis! I will be back. The staff was very friendly and helpful from beginning to end. I would like to give a special thank you to Antany at the Front Desk. He was AMAZING! We had language barriers but he still was helpful and didn’t get upset. So professional and attentive. We had an issue with our front entrance lights being out upon arrival. We let him know and when we returned later that evening the issue was resolved. The hotel itself smells like Heaven when you walk in! The rooms were clean, we had a spectacular view of the city from the 18th floor. I was super impressed and so happy to wake to that view my entire stay. The hotel provides enough entertainment and food options if you wanted to do a staycation as well. They have multiple bars and restaurants and activities going on. Panama itself has been added to my favorite list of places to visit in addition to my stay here. I’m a Christmas baby and was traveling for my birthday. They do Christmas right in Panama and at the hotel. The hotel is also attached to the outlets if you want to do light shopping. But if you want more high end shopping go to Allbrook Mall. I’m planning on returning again next year for my birthday and will be staying at Megapolis again, I cannot wait!

Room was dirty and smelled bad. Has definitely changed form when I stayed there in 2016. Also, a $200 hold was placed on my credit card that I was told would be released within three days of checking out, its now been 6 days and the hold has still not been released.

Suhail Concierge + Gent at ommelette statiin were excellent. Front Desk staff was rude, arrogant, not a care at anytime, from check in that we waited for 2.5 hours in line. Check out was the worst ever with the Agent Yatzuani and the Supervisor Evelin, they need a Customer Servicr Training ASAP, the Supervisor comes on shift while we had a challenge from 6AM at check out, not even good morning, report will follow!
