My family enjoyed a wonderful visit. While checking in we made plans for the entire holiday. This allowed us to see not only Panama City, but also to visit beaches and other historical sites. The hotel restaurants were excellent with great service. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were new and spotless. We look forward to future visits!

Wonderful property, very comfortable and well appointed room. The bathroom and shower simply invite you in. Everything we needed and then some. My only ???? was the automatic sensor “night” lights on the bed and in the bathroom that would put out too much light and stay on too long.

This is a five star facility with stellar people who really care about you! I enjoyed Wilson who helped me at the front door and Jose and Isaac at the front desk. I had an emergency surgery and they arranged a driver and I am now back home recovering. I could not have more care as a person at any other facility. Thank you Hyatt. Ecpedia had a delay sending the reservation to the Hyatt system but it was received.

It has been a pleasure to stay at this Hyatt hotel! The rooms are clean and comfortable and everything in the hotel is brand new. The staff has been amazing going above and beyond to make our stay great. Issac at the front desk was especially helpful in organizing our excursions in and around Panama City. He planed everything for us based on what we told him was important for us to see during our short stay. He nailed it and it made our experience in Panama amazing!
