The hotel was nice and clean and the room was very comfortable. We had the buffet breakfast which was exceptionally good. There was a variety of stuff to choose from and the restaurant staff were very courteous and prompt. Didn't get the opportunity to use the pool because our stay was too short and hectic. Special commendation goes out to Carmen at the front desk. She was so helpful and friendly. Overall, everything was just perfect. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends and would be staying here again hopefully on my next trip to Panama. Keep up the good service.

The hotel was stunning and christmas festive. It smelled great. The room was beautiful, the hospitality was great. I was suprised with a birthday treat to my door and a card which was super sweet and an excellent touch. Everything was clean. Room service made my bed and changed my towels everyday. Staff was kind and helpful even with the language barrier( I practiced communicating in Spanish). Check-in and check- out was easy and quick. My birthday accommodations were amazing. I was very thankful and comfortable.
