This was a perfect condo for a weekend getaway. This condo had all the necessities needed for a wonderful weekend. The bed was super comfortable in the kitchen at all that was needed to cook meals. The icing on the cake is the beautiful view of the beach drinking my coffee in the morning on the back porch.

This is our second time staying at Sheila's property. It is absolutely perfect. The photos do not do it justice. It's a great location - right on 30A but settled in between busier places like Seaside and Rosemary. The views are STUNNING! The private beach is not crowded. You walk right out the back door and down the stairs, and you are there. Our kiddos are 21 and 17, and it fit all of us perfectly. We will 100% be back.

Condo was exactly as pictured. The condo is a bit dated but was really clean and well stocked with everything you could want or need. The bed was very comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect. We brought our bikes and it was a very easy and short ride to Alys and Rosemary areas. The back porch was amazing for our morning coffee and afternoon wine while watching the sun rise and set. Communication was perfect and the ease of check in was great. My wife and I would absolutely stay here again.
