A wonderful 3 week stay in a comfortable, very clean room with kitchen and designated work area. I used the gym daily and it was great! The area is very convenient for shopping and close to the beach. The front desk staff were very helpful. I highly recommend!

When booking i spoke with a lady over phone at 5am to do a early check in. She stated it would be a $50 charge. When getting there it was a young man with dread really really nice and he assisted excellent customer service and didnt charge for early check-in. He also stated whoever was there at 5am working pick and choose who she wants to charge for early check-in which isnt right. If you gonna charhe charge everyone not some. But overall the young man made my check-in perfect

Just the facts

Property was gracious to allow us early check in and late check out as I was in town for a local festival with my working K9. Check in clerk and check out clerk (same pleasant young man) was professional and personable. I requested 1st floor room at end of facility for my working K9 and other reasons. Was told no problem but got to property and only 2nd floor with different room configuration was available. No problem, adjustments made, Morning of check out I am preparing to leave for work and notice no coffee maker in room as pictured and noted in advertisement on HOTELS.COM and WEB. Spoke with female morning clerk, states some rooms have coffee makers and some don't. In addition, it wouldn't matter as the property is out of coffee. Oh well. Female clerk was very dismissive and well, didnt really seem to care. I am a coffee drinker and its one of the main reasons I chose a hotel for in-room coffee service. Don't advertise it if you don't have it.

The property was convenient to everything. The rooms provided everything you’d need for extended stays…pots, pans, utensils, silverware, cups, cooking area, etc. Facility was clean & quiet.
