The entrance of the hotel lobby was beautiful and clean, but the 11th floor that I stayed on had a smell when you come off the elevator; like rotten bananas. The beds were soft but when I laid down at night, it was like the bed spreads were infested with bed bugs. The sheets had a few stains on it and I noticed some bites on my legs the next day. I will not be back.

No había tabla de planchar, pero sí una plancha que chorreaba el agua por todos lados. Tuve que llamar a la recepción para pedir que cuando otro huésped desocupe la tabla de planchar me la presten. Antes de venir pedí un taxi con tiempo por medio de esta aplicación, pero como era fin de semana quien recibía el correo no estaba. No me pudieron mandar un taxi y cuando llamé al hotel me dijeron que "la culpa" era mia por no hacerlo con la debida anticipación y por no saber que nadie iba a leer mi mensaje a tiempo. La habitación estaba fea. El teléfono era de los super antiguos y en los enchufes no había opción para cables USB. El piso de la habitación se lo ve viejo y dañado, las iluminación hace que se vea poco acogedor y no funcionaba la luz principal del escritorio. Hace 6 años que me había quedado en este mismo hotel el servicio había sido espectacular, las instalaciones muy bonitas, la comida muy buena y el trato muy amable. Ahora no, me fui decepcionado.

Great hotel in El Cangrejo

Great hotel in an optimal location. él Cangrejo is the place to be when in Panama City. Next to restaurants, coffee shops and a few taprooms as well. Great rooftop pool and gym with fantastic views of the city skyline. Breakfast is okay but okay it was included in the price so not a big deal. I would definitely come back to Beat Western Zen.
