Disliked: Cleanliness
We love PCB. This was our first time to stay at the Boardwalk… and our last.We got in pretty late so we were extra tired and ready to get in the bed. We pulled the comforters back and found what looked like pubic hairs in the middle of our bedsheets in TWO of the beds. We can tell the Top top sheet was clean, but the fitted sheet was not.The hallway bathroom closest to the kitchen had a terrible sewage smell every few hours.The security guards and the rules are unbelievable. You are watched like a hawk by the guards and corrected for every little thing. Don’t have your drink too close to the pool. You must always have your armband on your arm.. not your ankle or your pool bag. Kids cannot jump into the pool or have toys in the pool or floats in the pool. They are even strict about the type of bathing suit you wear at the pool.We have never had an experience like this at a condo. I fully understand there need to be rules to keep the property clean and safe, but this was beyond ridiculous!
