Construction Update – Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Towers 1 & 2 is also open
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.
At this time, beach access is available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but additional access points are expected to reopen soon as work concludes.
We truly appreciate your patience throughout this improvement project. With construction nearing completion, Long Beach Resort is almost fully back to normal—and ready to provide the exceptional beach experience our guests know and love.

THIS UNIT INCLUDES A SET OF FREE BEACH CHAIRS/UMBRELLA DURING SEASON(March 1-October 31)
Long Beach Resort offers stunning beachfront views as well as outstanding amenities. The three gulf front pool are open all year. Enjoy poolside dining at The Hangout, which serves an assortment of sandwiches, snacks, and beverages throughout the day (open seasonally). Private beach access, hot tubs, and a grilling area are all available. Long Beach Resort is conveniently located near Walmart and other local dining and shopping options.
Long Beach Tower 3 Unit 203 is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, sleeps eight people and is located on the second floor. Both bedrooms are Gulf-front with private access to the oversized balcony. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat screen TV, and storage for your belongings. The en suite bathroom is highlighted by a soaking tub and a walk-in shower and vanity. The guest bedroom features two queen-size beds and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The guest bathroom houses a combination tub/shower along with double-sink vanity.
Relax and unwind in the living room, featuring a large flat screen TV and seating for everyone, including a sleeper sofa. You'll find the fully equipped kitchen is ideal for whipping up a delicious dinner after a day on the beach. Enjoy your meal inside at the dining room table, which has seating for six. Even better, head out to the oversized balcony and dine while watching one of Panama City Beach's famous painted sunsets

So we’ve stayed at Long Beach before and loved it. Stayed at a larger condo and hated it!! Long Beach is perfect because you have gated private parking right in front of your building and very reliable elevators. Getting up and down from your room takes mere minutes and let’s face it, every minute counts on vacation and waiting 30 mins for an elevator is enough to ruin anyone’s day! This condo in particular was exactly what I was looking for! A little dated, but fit our needs very well. I specifically wanted carpet if I could or a very large area rug because we have a toddler and running around on hard tile is no fun. I wanted plenty of seating to relax in the evening because that’s what we like to do. Slightly disappointed the big chair recliner didn’t work, as my feet swell and ache at night and I was looking forward to putting them up, but we made due! The property was clean and simple, again.. toddler, so the less clutter and breakables, the better! Our one and only true complaint would be the mattresses… I like a firm bed but the king in the master bedroom is almost a dealbreaker. Other than that, we will stay at Long Beach every year from now on!!!

Perfect location, quiet beach!!
The condo was fine for our mini vacation. My only recommendation would be to remove the carpet as the condo had a musty odor. Overall, enjoyed our stay.
