Sit Back, Relax, and Enjoy the Beach in this Gulf-front Condo, Great Location

Welcome to Ocean Reef 1802! Our beach-front property includes free, seasonal, beach chair service from March 1 to October 31. We provide two beach chaise loungers and one umbrella, each day of your stay, for relaxing on our beautiful sandy beach.

From the living area, the sliding door opens to an oversized balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Patio furnishings are provided for dining or relaxing. This is a great place to watch sunsets or sunrises. It's also a fabulous place for gathering and playing board games with the family! If you are not lounging on the beach then you'll want to be on this balcony!

The living room has been furnished with a sleeper sofa, side chairs, tables, lamps, a ceiling fan and large flat-screen TV, and a DVD for entertainment.

The kitchen has granite countertops and is equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. In addition to the normal kitchen appliances, you will find a toaster, coffee machine, microwave, cooking utensils, pots, pans, china, and much more. In the dining area, you will find a lovely table that will seat six comfortably. You will also find barstools around the counter for even more seating.

The master suite is accommodated with a king-size bed, comfortable bed linens, and a flat-screen TV. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a large countertop. The sliding door opens to the balcony where you can view the beach or listen to the subtle sounds of the waves crashing on the shore.

The second bedroom is accommodated with two full-size beds, comfortable linens, and flat-screen television.

Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Great Getaway with terrible elevators

This is our second year staying at one of Greta's properties, and we were excited to. We love the balcony overlooking the coastline, the room easily sleeps 5-6 people and comes with everything you need to feel like home. The pools and sauna were very nice as well as the access to the beach directly. The only issues we had were dust allergies so a deeper clean would be helpful, and the elevator was a problem. We got there with only 2 out of 3 working and were down to only one for all 163 units during the busy Memorial Day weekend. We were one of the groups of people that were stuck in elevator number 2 and ended up having to call the Fire Service to be rescued. While there, we looked at the Service Certificate and it said the elevator certificate expired in August of 2024! Several of the ladies in there including one of the people I was traveling with experienced claustrophobia and terror after the incident. Tenants who had been there before said the same thing happened last year. We love the condo itself, and the property amenities, but elevators that aren't serviced and break down trapping people (we weren't the only ones last weekend) are unacceptable.

Great location

This condo was nice. We had plenty of room and everything was working well. The beds are comfy and it is clean. I really enjoyed having the app to use for all communication. It made the process very simple! The only issue is if you use the oven when you open it up it sets of the smoke alarms. I think it is because it senses the heat since it is in the kitchen.

Great condo

This property is absolutely great with a beautiful view of the ocean! The pictures do not do the condo justice! The only problem we had was that even though the property is non smoking, weed was a big problem. Spoke with the manager and they tried to contact security, and I also tried to contact security. However, the problem never stopped. Could not enjoy the balcony or open the balcony door without the smell hitting you like a brick wall. All other aspects of the stay were outstanding! Will definitely stay here again!

A Stay at GBR

My first impression of the property was that it was beautiful, spacious, and an overall great stay. When we arrived, there was someone parked in our assigned parking space, however, we called the number and were helped immediately. The reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because when I pulled my bedspread back it felt as though there were grains of sand in the bed as well as stains on the pillowcases. There were clean sheets and pillowcases in the closet so I changed them. But, I do not feel like that should have been left up to me. A cleaning fee is charged so the spaces should be cleaned thoroughly before the arrival of the next guest. I also found trash on side of the bed which I only pushed over because there were no other plugs near the specific bed in question.

Very beautiful view of the ocean, close walk from parking garage to beach, elevators were terrible, 1 wasn’t working and if you don’t start on parking level 1 forget it, they are always full, I parked on level 2 and had to walk down the garage ramp with a load of groceries to catch a elevator after trying for 20 min on level 2 The condo was very nice except for the seating in the living room, couch and chairs were terrible, everything else was great, all in all I would definitely recommend the condo and stay there again

Great VacaStay Ocean Reef PCB 2020
