Tropic Winds 1904 is an immaculate 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, gulf-front penthouse unit! As far as locations go, it doesn't get much better - the complex is situated just west of Hwy 79 on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach close to Pier Park! This spacious condo features all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, high-end furnishings and contemporary beach decor.

The master bedroom sits right on the Gulf and offers a king size bed, private bathroom, and endless panoramic views. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed, plenty of storage space and a connecting bathroom.

Enjoy the upgraded kitchen which offers granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room table can seat up to 6 adults comfortably and there is a breakfast bar with 4 additional bar stools. The living room provides a queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player. Tropic Winds units boast deeper balconies than most local condominiums providing you with additional living space.

The 10 by 28 oversized balcony offers a large table that can seat up to 4, with wicker chairs and an outdoor sofa and chairs.

PARKING: A reserved, exclusive use, parking space (located under the building and close to your condo) makes parking a breeze! During spring break and summer, please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The primary vehicle is provided a parking pass at check-in. Each additional vehicle will require a $40 parking pass.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and throughout the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking/vaping during your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking/Vaping can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager is on-site.

We had the most amazing views from our balcony. Our stay was amazing, and hope to return soon. The only tid bit of a downfall to our stay was the parking. Large SUV's are a bit tight in the spaces, but we made it work. Lol.

We were there for four nights and it was awesome. The view was amazing. It was clean we could even barely smell the cleaning products so you know it was clean. So close to the beach and the pool was great with part covered and half not. The one and only downside was although the parking spot was amazing and ver convenient it is very small for a larger vehicle. We were in a full size van and we were able to park but it was tight. Overall awesome place to stay away from the main area so the beach was not crowded and it was quiet. Will absolutely stay again!!

Beach vacation

Check in process was not good, very unorganized. A car was in our space, luckily the guy that parked it there was still in the garage however he said some one was in his space so it took us calling and having someone to get him to move. Checking in at 4 pm was awful especially with only two elevators working it took us forever to get our belongings upstairs and into the condo. The couch and love seat were very dirty, we placed blankets over it to sit on it. Even though all this happened, we loved the location and the chairs that were supplied for us on the beach. We would go back ❤️

The property is just far enough away from the chaos that you are able to have a relaxing atmosphere, but still close enough to enjoy all of the dining and activities. Greta and her crew were always available when we had questions. Throw in the free lounge chairs & umbrella for the beach, this is a no brainer!!! Rent with peace of mind and enjoy your time off!

We had two couples and a toddler. The two king beds and both rooms had access to a bathroom was the main reason we booked. The balcony views were incredible! We saw dolphins jumping several times from our balcony and fighter jets multiple times that made our trip even more memorable.
