This condo is the best of both worlds that puts you and your group a short walk (or take a free ride on the tram picking you up less than 100 feet from our villa) to the beach and the well known Edgewater Resort. This villa is part of a world class resort with 11 pools, a private beach, wonderful beach side restaurant, Starbucks, a 36 hole golf course, and much more. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within the area, and one of things we enjoy the most about our Villa is, when the busy day at the resort or the beach is complete, slide back into your quiet and relaxing villa that is removed from the hustle and bustle. Eat out, or bring your groceries for this fully stocked unit with a full kitchen and most accessories needed for cooking.

Spring Break

We loved the location - the community was wonderful. It was within a short walking distance of the beach and our porch view was so nice. The condo itself was spacious and very clean. We really had a great time. The only small change would be that the master mattress could use an upgrade (it is a bit lopsided) and possibly to leavea few extra kitchen towels for cleaning, but other than that - what a wonderful place to stay. Would definitely recommend it to all.

I really enjoyed the condo. The condo itself is very nice. The only issue (and I’m not a complainer) is we had to wash sheets on one of the full size beds before we could sleep on it and the room with the double beds did not get very cool. Nothing we couldn’t handle.
