We have been staying at Pelican Walk for 10 years at least 2 times per year. We have always been satisfied. This October we stayed at unit 209 and it was very clean. Husband loved the recliner. Very was great of the pool and beach. Very convenient walking down one flight of stairs to pool. Staff in office very helpful and always kind. Grounds are great. Maintenance is always available if you need them. We really enjoyed the heated pool. The beach chairs included were great too. This is our home away from home. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We decided to go on vacation spontaneously.PW 209 was available, and we enjoyed our time there.The unit above our water heater went out and the maintenance staff took care of utility room making sure it was dry and ensure out AC unit worked.Everything was as described. Thanks again.
