This 9th floor condo at the Sunbird is amazing in every way! It has a view from every single room including the bedroom ! It is clean and beautifully decorated and very comfortable. You asked and we listened…..there is a brand new leather sleeper sofa and 2 super comfortable leather recliners where you can enjoy the panoramic view or watch the big screen tv. You will enjoy incredible sunsets as the unit is slightly angled to the west. Being on the 9th floor allows for some amazing nature viewings! Pineapple Willies is right next door as well as many other restaurants and attractions within walking distance . Tootsie’s will be opening soon with three stories of music, cocktails and great food and is just a short walk (.5 mile)……Our kitchen is well appointed and super clean and modern with all the comforts of home. The beaches are the star of the show, never crowded as they can be in other locations, and a short walk from the building. There are three sparkling pools for your enjoyment. There is plenty of parking as well. Come stay with us! We promise that you will enjoy your stay and will want to come back again! There is line dancing, trivia, live music and karaoke nearby! Feel free to ask me for recommendations. The Sea Screamer is lots of fun… especially the sunset cruise. Walmart is within walking distance and there are 24 hour security guards at the gated entrance. It sleeps 4 but we also have a rollaway bed if you need it. You will receive personal service as we are not a massive management company. All responses are personal… not AI generated… and we also provide you witha phone number after your booking is complete😎Prepare to be amazed and very happy in this charming Sunbird unit. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit per Sunbird rules.

Very cozy, great views, clean building and beach, security is great! Friendly staff. I would bring your chairs and umbrella if you dont want to pay 40 a day to rent. Glad we did! Host is great!

This unit was perfect for me my husband and our two toddlers, the view was breathtaking, the unit was clean and equipped with everything we needed. the owner was communicative and gave us some great recommendations for fun with Toddlers in the area! This was the first time for us to stay at the Sunbird and I was very impressed. The property grounds are very well kept and there is a 24 hr security. The condo we stayed in was absolutely amazing. Decorated very nice, clean and had everything we could possibly want. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Susan was great to work with, she answered my questions very fast. We will most definitely be staying here in the future.

Loved this little slice of paradise

The unit was clean & decorated perfectly. Susan was great at communicating & making sure we were all set while we were there. The condo had literally everything we could have needed! The property as a whole is a little older so they were doing work while we were there...painting & working on HVAC, but overall it was good too. The pool & beach area wasn't super crowded. We've stayed in bigger condos that were crowded & have had to wait 15 minutes on elevators so this place was a pleasant surprise! Highly recommended 905E! Oh & the most amazing views!
