Our "Evolve" guest contact was awful- Triston Johnson. We drove over 18 hours to Panama City. I questioned him several times for a code to the condo, he would not give it to me until after 4pm. Finally called him at 5pm at the condo and he finally text it back to me. He did not tell me that I was going to fill out paper work (which could have been done ahead of time- if he told me) at the front desk. I have stayed at many Vrbo's before and had a great time, this was the worst. lights out, broken fire alarm above kids bed, toilet not ancored to the ground just about fell off, hairdryer broke, no pot holders, had to fold the cleaning crews rags in dryer...

We had a great trip! We love the Shores of Panama.This unit was great.The only problem we had was the bathroom off of the main bedroom, the faucet wouldn’t stay where we wanted and would turn all the way up.Simple fix. Other than that everything was great.The condo itself could do something about the elevator situation but it’s to be expected.We will be back for sure.

We had a great trip. For the price i think the room was great. We bought It is a large hotel with only a few elevators, you have a decent wait for elevators always. The pool and beach were very nice. Bedbathandbeyond.com is s big resort there are a lot of people, but we were generally able to find chairs and a good spot at the beach.

When we arrived it took us 30 minutes to find the reserved parking spot in the garage because it was not in the check in instructions or information. Each level is out of order as far as numbers so we played a guessing game for a little bit. Check in was easy, however they are under construction, which we didn’t know about beforehand and had to crawl under ladders and workers, extension cords, etc just to get into the front door. Not my best VRBO experience.
