Our first time to PCB

Overall the house was exactly what we expected. Very clean, updated, and enough room for our family of 7. The only reason I gave 3 stars overall and 1 star for property management due to poor communication. It takes way too long to get a response from them for simple matters as renting a golf cart and being able to keep on the property during our stay. Also the 2 stars for check-in process due to the directions state enter upstairs through the double doors but, that key pad doesn’t work. We had to enter through the garage door - no big deal but, would have been nice to know this before hand. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

Iguana Palms

We recently spent a week at Iguana Palms. The location of the home is in a very nice neighborhood. GPS led us directly to the front door. The home itself is very well maintained. The pictures on the website were identical to what we found upon entrance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I highly recommend this property. This is NOT a negative comment, just an informational comment... There are two long sets of stairs (one inside going from the first floor to the second floor and one outside going from the ground floor to the second floor) for entrance/exit to the home. The stairs were not an issue at all once we got inside and settled. They were only an issue during arrival and departure having to carry suitcases, bags, etc. up and down...not really an "issue" but more of a struggle! LOL.
