This BEAUTIFUL BEACHFRONT UNIT is conveniently located on the ELEVATED FIRST FLOOR of The Dunes of Panama’s “Building B.”Easy and optional elevator access is available. Outdoor stairs provide DIRECT ACCESS to TWO beachfront pools, the clubhouse, bathhouse, the Tiki Bar, two grilling areas, swing sets, beach volleyball, tennis/pickleball courts, parking and best of all … the lovely beach and warm gulf waters. ** For all ages, one of the best features of this condo may be the quick, easy pool and beach access right from your balcony door! **

The Dunes of Panama sits on gorgeous SANDY, WHITE, EMERALD COAST frontage, in the Lower Grand Lagoon area. Here… it is usually more quiet than the other PCB area condos & beaches… and we are located just 5 mins west of awesome St. Andrews State Park.

Our unit is CLEAN, MODERN and WELL FURNISHED to ensure you enjoy your stay. The master bedroom has a KING-size bed, 2 full dressers, an open walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV and an oscillating tower fan. The bathroom features a large walk-in tile shower and a small washer/dryer. The living room boasts a 55" flat-screen TV, contemporary decor, and a modern sofa with chaise which easily provides additional sleeping for children. (The convertible chaise unfolds into an x-long twin and the sofa becomes a full-size bed. Linens and pillows are provided in the living room armoire.) For your convenience there is a fully-equipped kitchen, counter seating with 3 stools, an expandable dining table, a ceiling fan and sliding glass doors opening onto the balcony with chairs and leisure equipment for your use. There is fast and easy elevator access in our 5-floor/40-unit, Building B. On-site security is provided by the Dunes of Panama.

Our condo is surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping. The DUNES OF PANAMA has a family-friendly, fun, relaxed vibe. The property features a total of three swimming pools (one heated seasonally), tennis/pickleball courts, a fitness room, shuffleboard, a basketball hoop, a clubhouse, bathhouse, a seasonal Tiki Hut (drink & snack bar) and a year round on-site Deli/Bar/Store. There is CONVENIENT & AMPLE PARKING and Community QUIET HOURS.

LOW-PROFILE LIVING ROOM FURNITURE. The modern sofa and chaise sit low to the ground. Floor to seat height 16”. Patio & Living room furniture weight capacity approx. 250-300lbs.

We are NOT liable for any personal loss, injuries or illness during or from your stay.

PRICES vary by the season, are subject to change, and only confirmed with signed rental agreement and full payment (due at time of booking if less than 30 days before check-in.) We reserve the right to correct mistakes on rental agreements and billing.

*RESERVATION/CANCELLATION DETAILS - VRBO rentals may be subject to different payment options/fees/cancellations/breakdowns. Please see details specified in your HomeAway payment schedule. Reservations made under false pretense will be cancelled or evicted immediately with no refund.

*RENTAL AGREEMENT DETAILS - All Renters MUST COMPLETE & SIGN RENTAL AGREEMENT and are expected to perform general housekeeping, report damage and leave the condo tidy at departure per GUEST CHECKOUT CHECKLIST.

A $300 DAMAGE DEPOSIT will be held/charged (at owner's discretion) within 10 days of check-out inspection.

*Spring Break at the Dunes of Panama is "FAMILIES ONLY." Parents must reside in the unit the entire length of stay....This is STRICTLY ENFORCED by the Association.
