This is large studio located on the 6th floor. It has a comfortable king size bed, a living area with a 55' HDTV, a large dresser, and a queen size sofa sleeper. The dining area has a table with 2 chairs and a buffet cabinet for extra tableware storage. The efficiency kitchen has a sink, a small refrigerator, a 2 burner stove, a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a blender, a toaster, pots and pans, dinnerware and tableware for 4.

Origin at Seahaven Resort is located across the street from the Gulf of America. It has easy access to the beautiful white beaches of Panama City Beach. This unit is on the 6th floor. The building has 4 elevators, covered parking, fitness room, poolside grilling, arcade, on-site laundry room, a huge heated zero edge swimming pool and a hot tub overlooking the gulf of mexico, and an in-house movie theater. It is minutes away from pier park - a 900,000 square feet family entertainment complex with shopping, dining, amusement park. It's walking distance to see the dolphins at gulf world marine park, a short walk to many golf courses, putt-putt golf, jet ski rentals, fishing, boating, sailing and lots of other great vacation activities!

Our host made us comfortable as soon as we were introduced, he was very attentive and made sure all of our needs were satisfied before turning over our suite. The room was clean and comfortable. Great Stay

We were in town to celebrate a friends 50th, and preferred not to stay at any of the local hotels, opting instead for this very comfortable studio condo. We didn’t have an ocean view, however, the walk to the beach is 2 minutes if that, and we were close to several good eateries. Finally, we travel frequently and prefer house and condo rentals over hotels. That being said, our host during this trip was most accessible and provided a personal touch that made the stay all the more enjoyable.
