Comfortable and cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage on the south side of 30A. The beach, Coquina Pool, and Rosemary town center are steps away. Rosemary Beach has 4 private swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, several beautiful greens, and wonderful walking paths.
The cottage has a private balcony and shares a courtyard with gas grill with the main house. It includes a queen size bed and sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes 1/2 size frig, stove, oven, microwave, dining table and 4 chairs. Television, CD player, and wireless internet provided. Bath includes tub with shower. Stackable washer/dryer is in the garage along with beach chairs, beach toys, and bikes that may be used.

The carriage house was quaint and nice. Perfect for a 3 night get-away. Location was amazing. Rode bikes to stores, restaurants and shopping. Short distance to beach access and especially the emerald water and white sand fantastic weather made it perfect!

We had the most amazing time at the condo, location was AMAZING, host is very kind and condo was clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay close to the beach. The perfect place for a solo vacation! I felt very safe and comfortable. The location is perfect, with the pool right across the street and the beach just steps away. The square is close, too...easy to walk up for a cup of coffee in the morning. Alisa was very responsive and provided everything I needed. I hope to visit, again!

Location! Location! Location! This place is a 5 min walk from everything! It is far enough from the hotels that there aren’t a ton of people near the closest beach access! The place was clean. The bed was comfy. The beach chairs and umbrella saved us 80 a day in rentals. The host was responsive and super nice! We had a great stay!!
