GULF FRONT in WATERSOUND Crossings! Totally Renovated with lots of color! Incredible condo feels more like a house, two levels with over 2,800 square feet of thoughtfully designed and newly remodeled living space in addition to an attached garage, boasts three bedrooms on the first floor, master on the 2nd floor, spacious laundry room and office area, enjoy direct access to the oversized porch and beach boardwalk. Neutral tones and with pops of color! Galley Style gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, sub zero refrigerator, and fully stocked kitchen. Breakfast nook for 4 and a dining table in great room for seating for 8. Additional seating for 8 on the spacious outdoor porch. The great room is spacious surrounding by windows for lots of natural light and incredible unobstructed gulf views. The master suite has a king bed and seating area with direct access to the porch, private bathroom with a dual sink vanity, a glass front shower, a jetted soaking tub, a TV and walk-in closet. There are 3 great bedrooms on the first level. 1 with queen bed 1 with king bed and a bunk room sleeps 4 w/ 4 bunks and all have TVs. Each bedroom has its own private in-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have private entries onto the spacious balconies. Wake up with coffee on the deck, enjoy nightly sunsets from the deck and wind down the evening by the fire pit right out the back door.

An extra refrigerator in the attached garage that you can fit one car in. You will also find bikes, beach wagon, floats, pool toys, beach chairs, coolers and a tent in the garage for your use.

There is also a laundry room equiped with a speed queen washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and the master suite has a jiffy steamer.

There are so many wonderful things I can say about this house. The view is amazing, the bedding is so comfy, my husband and I are ordering the mattress in the master bedroom, everything in the kitchen is super organized, and we love the pink wine glasses. Everything is beautiful and so put together. We will definitely be back!

Assumed a safe and relaxing family celebration

Condo was nice. Small acceptable problems. We were at one end of the pool, construction compressor major construction and constant noise, many men in hard hats on other end. To get to the beach we had to walk through appprox. 60 ft construction tunnel. Or wade through waterway to tops of our legs other option.I know having 4 granddaughters 8-16 we should have been made aware of construction. Celebrating our 50th Anniversary with family was a blessing.

Perfect location!

Really enjoyed our stay. The convenience of having a pool, the beach and the Big Chill all so close to the condo was super beneficial traveling with my two young granddaughters. Beautiful condo and great weather was also a plus!

Beautiful condo, great location!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is right by the pool and has a great ocean view! Clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds were super comfy! The owner was extremely easy to communicate with and it's clear she cares about her guests having a good trip. The walk to the beach was beautiful going through the dunes but a little bit of a haul in the heat with having to carry our babies + gear - but we heard the week we were there was unusually hot! If your kids can walk it would not be an issue at all and it certainly didn't keep us from enjoying the beach! We loved the location right by the Hub and situated in a quieter area but still close to Alys & Rosemary. We would definitely stay here again!

Afternoon Delight - Great Stay!

This property was amazing for our family (5 adults, 4 kids) vacation! Would definitely stay here again. The location was outstanding for the pool. A little bit of a walk to the beach but having a wagon to carry beach items was key. We rented an umbrella and chairs for the week so everything was set and ready when we arrived to the beach. Lucy was very helpful and response time before and during our stay was amazing. Thank you for an amazing week!

50th Anniversary with family

I was so pleased with everything from Check in to check out. The condo was beautiful and so clean and fresh!! It had so many amenities. It felt like home. I was very sad to leave especially the comfortable bed in the master suite. The communication with the property manager was great. I can’t say enough about this beautiful place we will be back

Wonderful Spring Break in 30A

This property was even more beautiful in person than online. It has a gorgeous view of the pool and the ocean. The property is decorated beautifully and I loved the layout of the primary bedroom on the top floor and the remaining three bedrooms on the bottom floor. The garage is stocked with the beach essentials which made the walk to the beach easier. Only thing I wish the rental included was beach towels so we didn't have to pack so many beach towels in our luggage. But overall this property and Lucy were wonderful, I plan to return with my family. Thank you for wonderful memories.

Best Vacation In Florida Ever!!!!

Our stay was perfect. From the moment I started looking until the moment we left the communication and service was exceptional. The home is absolutely beautiful. It is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful family vacation. The kitchen is amazing and lots of great beach stuff in the garage. Enjoyed the bikes since we were so close to everything. Refrigerator in the garage was so convenient, The wagon was so helpful. We will definitely be back. Feeling relaxed and blessed since we returned home!!!

Perfect Spot

This condo was the perfect location for our family vacation! The condo was gorgeous and the pool was right outside our door and it was just a short walk to the beach! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning drinking coffee and looking at the ocean over the dunes. It wasn’t a complete view, but there were places we could see around. It was wonderful that we were allowed to use the garage and beach accessories that were there. Lucy was wonderful to deal with and always answered our texts quickly!

Annual 30A vacay

We visit 30A yearly with family and love the beaches but wanted somewhere with easier and quieter beach access and watersound was perfect! This condo was very conveniently located. We loved being so close to the big chill and just a quick drive or bike ride to Aly’s and Rosemary. Communication regarding the stay before, during, and after was far better than any other rental experience we’ve had.

Paradise in Utopia!

Absolutely GORGEOUS town home in an absolutely SPECTACULAR location! Here are just some of the reasons we love "Afternoon Delight"---spacious, clean, well equipped "house like" condo with two huge decks and plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone, perfectly located in a quiet tranquil location on 30A, steps from the uncrowded pool, steps to the uncrowded pristine beach, quiet and peaceful complex, friendly guests, amazing garage with lots of fun extras, and a host that goes above and beyond to answer all and every question we had!! LOVED our stay and will be back!!

WaterSound Condo

Super Clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished, large porches, spectacular views, very private, impressive book collection and well managed. A stocked garage with beach chairs, toys and wagon (even the garage is spotless). This is a 5-Star property. As much as I would like to keep this one a secret, I will share its virtues with the discerning public. Beaches are not crowded and did not have to spend $1,500 a week for chairs and umbrellas and did not have to wake up at 5:00am to go get a good spot for the beach. Show up whenever and get any spot you want. This is a private paradise.

Wonderful family beach trip!

This beautiful condo was the perfect location for our family on 30A. Fun in both directions! The condo itself was immaculate with everything we needed and comfortable for all! Clean, comfy, and everything you need for beach fun. Nice, comfortable beds are a big deal with our group and these were just right! Great kitchen with plenty of room to enjoy a family dinner after a busy day of play.
