Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, Edgewater Tower 2 Unit 308 is a tranquil 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps six and is located on the third floor of Tower 2. Great Time at the Beach

My family had a great time at this condo. It has beautiful views of the ocean and the building is located on the beach. Excellent property.

Dirty

The condo was dirty. There was mold multiple places (I have pictures) and there was an odor coming from the master bathroom. The look on the balcony door didn’t work and too days to get fixed. That’s a major safety hazard. There was no follow up after they came. We just figured out it was fixed on our own. The condo as a whole has not been well maintained
