Dolphin House Beach Cottage - on the West End

Old style Florida beach home...warm and cozy....In the Laguna Beach/Sunnyside Beach area. Ready for your vacation getaway. 2 spacious bedrooms, one with Queen size mattress and one with a Full size bed and a twin size bed. 2 full bathrooms. Nicely furnished throughout and a recently completed remodel of our kitchen. It's ready for your comfortable and relaxing vacation stay. Just 1 block off Front Beach Road allows for just a 3 minute walk to the beach.... Grocery stores are just 1 mile away....even closer, is the Sunnyside Grill at Front Beach Road and Kelly St. serving up a wonderful breakfast and lunch daily (except Mondays & Tuesdays). Pier Park is only about 5 minutes away. Close enough to the action....far enough away to enjoy evenings in a very quiet (golfcart friendly) neighborhood setting. Fantastic evening strolls on the beach at sunset.

Perfect stay

We really enjoyed our time at the Dolphin Cottage. The rental was exactly as described. Very clean, well-stocked, easy to communicate with host, and a short walk to the beach. We would stay again.

Great beach house! Can’t get closer to the beach

Really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed, and they provided us some beach materials to make our beach day more enjoyable. Can’t get closer to the beach than this!
