Cozy Beach Condo! Safe Complex!
Cozy, quiet, beach condo! Located in a gated condo complex featuring putt putt, shuffleboard, pickle ball, community pools and hot tubs. 10 min walk to the beach! Every unit is ground floor accessible in the complex. Not one of those busy high rise buildings with several units. With a king sized bed and a full size Murphy bed, this unit comfortably sleeps 4. Has a great fenced in outdoor patio with a BBQ gas grill. This is a perfect spot to escape for the beach and have plenty of other options!

No parties
Armbands: Armbands are required while on property at HS. This requirement is for Owners, Non-Paying Guests, and Paying Guests. Armbands should be on each person (6yrs old and over) while on any portion of the HS property. Allergies are an exception, but the Armband will still be required to be with the person (not in the unit).
Failure to adhere to this requirement during your stay will lead to fines which will be your responsibility.

The host is extremely nice and communicative. The location is prime for a beach trip with children! My only complaint is how humans dont respect other peoples properties. So if you are reading this review as a customer, please treat these rentals with respect.

Nice unit good stay
The unit is clean and modern.The master bed is very comfortable.The kitchen is well equipped however a bit on the small side. The BBQ is a big bonus and works great The downside the complex is getting a bit old starting to show its age.The actual unit is the farest away you can get from the beach.Plus side it's an easy access to Back Beach road . There was a surprise 65 fee for parking and two wrist bands . Some minor issues arose but the host was fast to respond and fix them.Thanks for a great stay
