Guest Registration is paid to Sunbird directly through their Park N Spot System and is not included in your reservation. Parking is limited to one space per condo. All vehicles must be registered. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing or booting without notice.

The great room is all ocean front with amazing views everywhere you look. The queen sleeper sofa with it's upgraded gel foam mattress is perfect for the kids or a second couple sharing this property. You can relax and kick back in the leather recliner! You'll feel right at home in the casual, tropically inspired great room. Enjoy your favorite shows on the man-sized TV or stretch out with a 'beach novel from our collection. DirecTV Streaming and wireless internet are included in your rental at no additional charge. The elegant dining area has a beautiful glass topped pineapple base table and 4 West Indies inspired chairs. The china hutch houses our beach novel library. Feel free to read any of our books and take them with you if you don't finish before you have to go home to remember us by.

The ocean view kitchen is well equipped so you can cook anything from microwave popcorn to a gourmet meal. Both drip coffee maker and Keurig machine are provided. You'll love the modern white cabinetry, stainless appliances and granite counter tops! The dinnerware even has a coastal theme!

The "Palm Paradise" main bedroom is a dreamy beachfront coastal cottage, just for you. Sleep to the gentle sounds of the ocean on your comfy king-sized bed with high thread count sheets.
