Walk out on your private patio that has both screened in and open configurations and you will be only steps away from the white sandy beaches and the emerald green water of the emerald coast. The interior has been professionally decorated and stocked with the perfect vacation in mind. Living room features ample seating, 55" flat screen smart TV and a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs, includes a coffee bar for those relaxing mornings, seating for 3 at the bar and seating for 4 at dining room table. Master bedroom is located on the second floor which has a balcony that has panoramic views of the beach and water. Master bedroom features 55" flat screen smart TV, raised ceilings, en-suite bathroom with shower only. The second bedroom is another oversized bedroom that includes king sized bed, 55" flat screen smart TV, raised ceilings and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. PERFECT location! It would be hard to find another place better. We drove, but it would be nice for air travelers if the unit was stocked with beach chairs and beach towels. Be prepared to shop for necessities, it’s not super well stocked. Overall- quite satisfied. Thank you!

Perfect for our 3 families to stay at during a spring baseball tournament. Great location and great setup for families with kids who get sandy on the beach! Communication with rental agency was excellent and check in was seamless. Would stay here many more times!
