The condo was clean. The pool and beach were great.The mattresses and pillows were hard. And wasn’t expecting 50 parking pass and the extra fees of the wrist bands.

Clean, beautiful view of Gulf, and location were very positive. Having to purchase parking tag and wrist bands after renting was a negative, as that was not mentioned in VRBO listing. Also Wi-Fi was very slow.

The communication with the owners of the condo was incredible. Marvin replied within at least 20-30 minutes every time I asked a question. The condo unit itself was beautiful, spacious, and the property is one of our favorites. I would suggest though, that they need new cleaners and a proper deep clean of the unit.

The stay over all was good. There was a few things maintenance needed to fix but could not accommodate us at our stay. 1. The main sliding door to the balcony was broke so everyone had to come through my wife and I bedroom to enjoy the balcony. 2. The toaster did not work. Other than that we had a pleasant time

Wonderful condo!

We had an amazing experience at this condo! The owners were so kind and very attentive to our needs. We are so thankful for the hospitality! The unit was as described, decorated nicely, and had everything you could ever need! The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we've stayed in! The only small suggestions I would make are a full length mirror and a safe. I highly recommend this condo!
