Palm Breeze at Inlet Beach is a pet-free home. If any breed of animal, large or small, is found to have been at the home, an additional cleaning fee of $1150 will be charged for deep cleaning and replacement of all bedding and rugs.

Any person over the allowed eight-person maximum occupancy will be charged $55 per person per day. Primary guest (reservation holder) assumes responsibility for any and all damages to the property from all family members and guests.

The primary guest who booked must be on property accompanying all guests for the duration of your stay.

This was our first time staying in a rental and it was the best experience. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and in a convenient location. We were able to bike to eat, shop, and visit the beach. The host was attentive and nice. We look foward to booking again.

The house was spacious, decorated well and very clean! Location was perfect across the street from the beach and only 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach shops. Communication was easy and response time was quick. There was an outside sitting area which was great! I would stay here again it's a wonderful home in a fabulous location.

We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Breeze! When we arrived, the house was clean and just as shown in the pictures and was just the right amount of space for our group of four. The house was equipped with a beach cart with beach chairs and an umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler, which were all total game changers for our beach days. The beach was a short walk from the house and was beautiful. The water was crystal clear so we enjoyed swimming and looking at the fish and we even got lucky enough to encounter a sea turtle! What really stood out about our stay was the host, Chris. I had requests and questions for him from the time that I booked the house and he was always extremely responsive and happy to accommodate and help where he could. His attentiveness really elevated our experience, and we were extremely appreciative. We would definitely stay at Palm Breeze again!

An unforgettable stay — highly recommend

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed (and more). The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor space was even better than the photos — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.The location was ideal: peaceful and private, yet close enough to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The host was also fantastic — very responsive, kind, and made sure we felt at home.We truly didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to coming back. Great Vacay!

Our first time to visit the 30a area! Chris was very helpful when we made the decision to book his place. We were looking for more “out of the way” options yet close to all the sights. This area was perfect for us! He answered every question and offered great ideas and options for places to eat, bike rentals etc. We had a great week and the home was perfect!
