Overall it was a nice stay with the pool almost directly across from our home and easy access to the beach. This is what we came for to relax and go to the beach.

there is a couple of things the floor was pretty dirty when we got there and there was a big wasp nest on the back porch. Other than that the beds could have been more comfortable other than that we had a great time!

This townhouse was perfect for the weekend in PCB! Amazing location, just walking distance to pier park and the beach. The house was a great space to spend the weekend with family or friends, providing us with everything we needed. Would stay again!!

Great place! Lots of outdoor seating

We loved the patio and balconies!! Perfect for sipping coffee or grilling out! Three minute walk from the front door to the ocean! Not the super busy area so it was always easy to cross the street. Quiet little area, 2 nice clean pools on the property! The home was clean and well stocked. Just about everything you would need to cook meals and spend more time at the beach instead of waiting at a restaurant.

I would like to start by saying we were given a full refund for the cleaning fees. The host was super helpful and understanding. However, this house was not clean at all. The floors were dirty, the kitchen rug was dirty, the microwave was dirty, the kitchen sink was backed up due to garbage disposal which was replaced the very next day. There were gnats due to the sink and dishwasher being backed up. The towels were damp and had to be washed and dried before we could use them. Luckily we did bring a few of our own. The toilet downstairs had not been cleaned. The air filter had not been changed in quite some time. I could go but I would just say I would not stay here again.

Thunder Beach spring rally stay

Location is on the quieter side of PCB during Thunder Beach. We rode to PCB for the rally and the unit had enough parking for our bikes and the chase vehicle. I love the location. If we come to the Fall rally, I'm looking at staying here again.
