This Gulf front condominium is located in Compass Point I, part of a private, gated community at Watersound Beach. Overlooking pristine white dunes and emerald waters, this unique unit has the view, space and modern amenities to make your vacation perfect.

It features a spectacular great room with views of the Gulf and spectacular dunes. Two balconies provide outdoor dining / seating space and additional views of the water and sugar white dunes.

Modern eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All china, glassware, cookware and utensils provided. A convenient work space with desk is adjacent to kitchen and living area.

Every bedroom has a view of the water. The spacious master bedroom with king bed and walk in closet has a spectacular bathroom with over-size tub, separate shower and his/her sinks.

The middle bedroom is perfect for children or another couple. It has a queen bed, double closet, full bath and comfortable sitting area overlooking the dunes.

The third bedroom is great for kids offering double bunk beds, ample closet space, and a full bath with both tub and shower.

All bedrooms have new smart TV's.

Easy access to two swimming pools is just a few steps away. The walk to the beach is just 3 minutes. We supply beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Other amenities include the Dunesider grill (adjacent to swimming pool), a yacht pond and putting green. There is access to the fitness center for a nominal fee. Garage parking and elevator access.

Watersound Beach is located between Seaside and Rosemary Beaches, convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

This unit is rented by the actual owner. There are no property managers involved.

After our Jamaica trip was cancelled due to the hurricane, my fiancé and I found this beautiful property and it turned out to be the perfect getaway! The views of the dunes and ocean were absolutely stunning, and the quick walk to the beach along the pathways made every day feel special.The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved the view and accommodations, absolutely beautiful. This listing is on the third floor, so the dunes really are just that tall and magnificent. We were not sad about a rainy day because we could enjoy watching the lightning out over the dunes and ocean. Beautiful scenic drive in the neighborhood. Great having pizza within a reasonable walking distance. Picturesque.The beach equipment cage underneath the building is nice and spacious. Lots of room for your own personal equipment.Guests are NOT allowed to rent a golf cart, and it's difficult to get 60yo parents and infants out to the beach without one. It's easy to underestimate the walk from the door to the shore just from looking at a map. Be ready to walk 10 minutes to avoid stairs or to navigate 4 flights of boardwalk stairs each way.Unfortunately, the local lake overflow dumps out near the beachfront. We'd have beautiful turquoise waters in the early morning but later mornings the overflow would pour into the ocean and the currents would carry the rusty brown water. The current mostly brought the overflow down-current to our shoreline, but on the last day the current was the opposite direction and carried it away. Really just the luck of the draw unfortunately.

This was a wonderful house for my family’s beach trip. My husband and I brought our young children (ages 4 & 5) and it was perfect. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and we enjoyed the pool, close proximity to the beach, beautiful views, and the full kitchen. Everything was so clean and comfortable. I highly recommend. Many thanks!

Peaceful paradise

Our third year in this condo was just as relaxing as in the past. The panoramic views of the white sand dunes and the gulf are what keeps us coming back for more, as well as the nicely decorated rooms and comfortable areas. Already booked for next year!
