Our stay

Overall the stay was ok, however, one of the showers was not clean and we had to clean it before we felt comfortable using it. Check in was not easy....the email said I would receive an email 7 days prior to my stay with information. I did not get this email 7 days prior....turns out upon hours of looking through my email I finally found it was sent about a month prior. This was a hassle becuase we could not find our door access code and had to find an employee to let us in the room. However, he said someone would have to stay in the room in order to let the others back in. For this to be one our paid nights we did not want one person to be left out of the fun by having to stay in the room. This needs to be more user friendly. Also check out time was not clear and we were hassled some about not being out by 9:00. Most places checkout time is 10:00 so when this information was not easily found we assumed the checkout time was 10:00. To make these important details more easily assessible, it would be so helpful to have included all of this information in the packet that was left on the counter with the pool tags, unit number, and check in/out dates. Some places even have this permanently posted on the refrigerator. Only instructions I saw was to load and start the dishwasher, clean out the fridge and take out the trash.
