There is really no reason to leave, other than the beach experience you can find across the street.
Phenomenal setting offering panoramic elevators, you cannot find anywhere else, heated pools, kiddie pools. Vegas style fountain show every night, you can enjoy from the privacy of your own balcony!
The unit has been decorated extremely tastefully and no expense has been spared for the comfort of our guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. Themaster bedroom has an extremely comfortable King Bed and en suite Bathroom. The bunk area is secluded and has brand new mattresses and a private bathroom. The living area is extremely spacious and open, it offers a sleeper sofa couch and brand new furniture for he ultimate luxury feel. The condo is 1050 sq.ft and it is located in the best floor- 10th. RIght across the 10th level you will find one of the best pools in the complex, hidden away and extremely close, so no elevators needed to access it.

Elevators were terrible. We had to wait 35-45 minutes to catch an elevator down. Workers delivering furniture during day…should NEVER happen!! Will stay somewhere else next trip!!!! Condo itself was good but condo building was bad!

Average experience

The condo itself was okay but there were small issues. The toilet ran, the fans hadn't been cleaned in a while, the primary room didn't have a pillow case on one of the pillows. The extra sheets were unrolled to find a case but it had stains on it. The elevators took FOREVER and we had to tack on an extra 20 minutes to get anywhere due to the elevator wait. We will not stay at this location again.

We love staying near pineapple willies, walmart is close in case you need anything ...the beach is just a short walk and you have a beautiful veiw of the lake or ocean on the other side. Elevators was much better this year and got us to the rooms quickly ..we will stay at lalewarf again soon

Property was very busy the holiday weekend, our unit was nice and spacious for two. Could definitely use new cookware and curved shower curtain rods would definitely make showering more relaxing. Great view from the balcony and close to the upper pool was great. Washer and dryer in the unit was definitely a plus.

Reeked of smoke and very dirty on check in.

When we first arrived at the condo there was a confrontation between resort security and a guest outside the lobby. Once inside and we began checking in they moved inside and had the confrontation continue right next to me. The lady who was attempting to check me in did not appreciate this interaction nor did I. It was very tense and unnecessary and I am glad my kids were not with me and my wife. When we arrived in the room we found dirty floors, stained pillows and a rag wadded up in some of the bedding. The unit reeked of smoke and when reaching out to the host they forwarded us to the cleaning company who came out in an attempt to clean. We were attempting to get our kids to bed and it should have been done before we arrived. The cleaning lady went and bought new pillows due to a few of them terribly stained and said they would bring an air purifier for the smell. We never heard anything else from the cleaning company or the host. We wont stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want PROBLEMS!

Upon arrival, the unit was not clean. The floors were wet but the until smelt of cigarette smoke, the towels were dirty. Appears they folded up used towels and put them in the cabinets. Dirty bed sheets were on all beds. They smelt of cologne and covered in sand & hair. The counter tops in bathroom & kitchen were disgusting. I had to buy products to wash all linens and clean everything in the unit before being comfortable to use anything. My cleaning cloths were black from just the counters. Blown bulbs in Hallway & bunk area. Bunk area light kept flickering on & off like a strobe light. Owner suggested we change the bulbs out. One of the fixtures didn't have globe that we could remove so we dealt with light issues in the hall.(not my job) Kitchen sink missing grout & sink was completely shifted to the right leaving half inch gap & in front of the sink, the long piece of granite was broken on each side hanging off about to fall & break. They did have maintenance come fix it, leaving us with a bad chemical smell for 4 days & not able to use the sink at all. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes along with everything dirty in the cabinets. Sofa bed was entirely broken, living room ceiling fan/light couldn't be used due to missing remote that I was asked to search high & low for. Didn't get to use a light or fan until the last night. Couldn't use sofa bed for 2 of our 4 nights until it was fixed. I asked for partial refund due to issues & they refuse. This is false advertising!

Great condo!

We stayed at lake town last year, and it was very conveniently located to everything. This condo was very cute inside. It’s on the 11th floor so not too high up, which if you’ve ever stayed at lake town before you’ll know is a good thing due to the elevator situation. No viable complaints. Lake view. Booked it last minute and were happy it was available. Pots, pans plates etc available to you. Shower curtain did have some mildew on it, other than that and the elevator situation (you will have to take stairs many times) the elevators can literally take half an hour to get to you and sometimes just skip the floors all together. Park on the highest parking garage level you can find and use the garage elevator. Much easier but still a pain. Happy overall with the stay. If you’re on a tighter budget this place is great, if not opt for something on the beach. Per the property manager the building is supposed to be getting the elevators fixed in the fall. But they were the same way last year so you’d think they’d get them fixed last year? Who knows. Great condo overall and the kids had a blast and that’s what matters for the family vacation!

Unit was very clean, check in process was seamless. Had an issue with the actual resort, not the owner. Marijuana smell very bad in unit below me, contacted owner which contacted security. Nothing was done about the smoking on the balcony below us. Also had some items stolen from poolside, again, not the owner's fault. Overall, unit was good. Largest unit I've stayed in while in PCB for a two bed/two bath unit.

Quick getaway with the kids

The pictures don’t give this property justice. The unit is gorgeous, clean and spacious for all the kids to spread out. The only down fall was the elevators at this resort but I knew this going in after reading the reviews. We all had a great time and we’ll be back

PCB

The property owner was responsive to communications. The unit was well furnished and decorated nicely. The condo is located in the busiest part of PCB, so traffic is bad. Elevator use is nearly impossible. We parked on the 6th floor of the garage and climbed 5 flights of stairs every time we came and went. It took an hour the day of check in to get an elevator for suitcases and groceries. The unit had been surface cleaned but needs a good thorough deep cleaning. Kitchen utensils were dirty and had food on them. Shower curtains were stained and moldy. Under the sinks were dirty. Overall, I would not stay here again. The area is too congested, and the elevators were a deal breaker.

Great location in PCB and the condo was beautiful. Pools were super nice with a pool bar/grill with good food. Condo was conveniently located right by elevators. Highly recommend!

Our family has traveled to Florida the past 5 years multiple times and stayed at many resorts. This one did not disappoint. The condo was nicely decorated and met all our needs. The only issue we had was the refrigerator did not work upon arrival, but they were quick to get a new one installed. Everyone was very responsive.
