7th Green Dream - perfect for beach lovers and golf enthusiasts

Welcome to the 7th Green Dream, an amazingly-located villa at Edgewater Beach Resort overlooking the stunning 7th green and just steps to resort pools and the pristine beach of the Emerald Coast.

Inside this spacious condo, guests will enjoy a comfortable living area and balcony that peers over the striking 7th green of the Resort's executive course. A chair, recliner, and sleeper sofa are positioned to enjoy a large Smart TV with streaming capabilities. The dining area accommodates 8 guests between the table and bar seating. Our kitchen offers all you need for meals and snacks and has full-sized appliances and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with soaking tub/shower combo, walk-in closet, and also overlooks the striking 7th green. The guest room features two full/double beds, Smart TV, closet and access to the guest bathroom which has a tub/shower combo. We also offer complimentary high-speed fiber wifi and a "lending closet" with beach essentials like towels, chairs, and toys.

A seasonally heated pool is located just steps from our front door, and the Resort's convention center, clubhouse, fitness center, courts, and Pro Shop are just around the corner. The pedestrian bridge to the beach, lagoon pool, restaurant, and more are a 5 minute walk or you can hop on the free tram.

The 7th Green Dream sleeps 8 comfortably but due to our family's extreme allergies (and the resort's policy), pets and ESA are strictly forbidden.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.

Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is Panama City Beach's ONLY full-service resort. Just over the resort pedestrian bridge, you'll find a full restaurant, tiki bar, huge oceanside lagoon pool, kids splash area, Starbucks, market, ice cream parlor, 4 hot tubs, water sports/activities, beach chair service (pool and beach), and more. On our side of the resort is a 9-hole golf course, Pro Shop, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard/pickleball courts.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway, Waffle House, and Taco Bell.
