Recently renovated one and a half bedroom duplex. 2 min driving and 7-8 min walking distance from the beach. 1 king bed, 1 queen size sleeper sofa, triple bunk bed(queen, full, twin). Bunk bed is in separate small bedroom. Unit has washer and dryer. Also has office space. Kitchen includes stovetop, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and Keurig K-Duo. Spacious backyard with dining area and BBQ grill(charcoal not provided). 2 smart TVs (50" , 40"). 5 min from nearest gas station. 4 car parking spot. Bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, drying rack, shampoo, conditioner and shower gels are provided.
