150 m² house located 800 meters from Playa de Pals. Built on two floors, it offers a comfortable and relaxing setting. In the garden, you'll find a summer kitchen-dining area with a beautiful porch overlooking the private pool—perfect for enjoying outdoor meals by the pool.



The villa is entered via a short flight of stairs that leads down to the first floor. This level features an entryway with a workspace or office, a kitchen equipped with basic appliances, a guest toilet, a living-dining room, and a terrace with sea views.



Downstairs, you'll access the garden area with the pool, a spacious furnished porch, and the summer kitchen. This floor has two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and a bathroom with a shower.



There is also a single suite-style bedroom with a shower, accessed from the porch with a separate entrance from the main house. This bedroom does not have air conditioning.



You can park your car on the street without any problem or in front of the garage door by opening the iron gate from inside.
