The detached 4 Bedroom Villa with 198m² floor space is located in the quiet residential area/urbanisation Mas Tomasi (hillside), between the beach (about 5km) and the village center of Pals (4km).
The closest shopping facility is 1.2 km away (open 7 days a week).
There are plenty of good restaurants and bars in the area.

HOUSE:
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens on two separate floors. Access via external stairs between ground floor and first floor. There is no internal door between ground floor and upper floor!

The rest of the garden consists of natural Mediterranean surroundings with pine trees, bushes and ivy. The garden is fenced and closed to the street and the neighbours' properties. Estate: 1100 m².

PARKING:
Parking on the road beside the house. Access to the house is via stairs.

NOTE:
1) Bed linen and bath towels are included for all guests.
2) A car is necessary as the house is located on the hillside and there is no public transport (nearest bus stop is in the village center). Parking on the street in front of the house.

High on a hill

Unfortunately our 10 week stay in this beautiful property in this beautiful area of Spain was cut to a brief 2 weeks due to Covid 19. Undine was extremely helpful and fair in assisting us to exit quickly. We hope to come back!

Views from property were stunning. Very well located for beautiful beaches and historic towns. Lovely pool. Not overlooked. Outside spaces had not been well maintained particularly barbecue area with dead plants in all pots. However we had a wonderful time thank you

Fabulous view and cool breeze

The view is incredible! No AC, but the house remained cool even in 90+ heat thanks to the perfect breeze. The pool is fantastic. The owner and caretaker (Monica) were extremely gracious and accommodating and promptly addressed the WiFi issue that needed fixing. Pals is stunning and well situated for day trips throughout Costa Brava. The local market was superb. We should have stayed an extra week and skipped France, where we missed the kindness and hospitality of Catalunya. Figuring out the maze of roads in the subdivision was frustrating, but once you got it it was fine. No window screens so bug spray or repellant coils are necessary to keep out Sr. Mosquito.

Wij zijn in het naseizoen geweest. Heel leuk dat er een zwembad bij was en indeling van huis was gezellig. Eigenaar had 2 flessen cava laten bezorgen wat een superleuke verrassing was. Huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Keuken heeft veel spulllen, waarmee je alle kanten uit kunt. Wel is wat achterstallig onderhoud te zien. Deuren sluiten bijv slecht. En er zijn 2 badkamers, maar geen losse wc, wanneer je met 8 bent, ben je dan wel een beetje aan beperkt.

Nice location to visit Costa brava

Very nice location, spacious house with lots of amenities. Clean upon arrival, very nice outdoor area including patio and pool. Parts of the house require some renovation / replacement including doors, one filter part of the hood was missing, the upstairs bathroom could use refreshments. Overall agreeable stay.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren letztes Jahr schon in dieser Villa und haben diesmal sogar einen Tag verlängert weil es uns wieder so gut gefallen hat. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Innen modern. Gut ausgestattet. Im November schon sehr kühl am Anbend aber kein Problem, Heizung funktioniert gut. Sehr nette Vermieter und gute TIpps für Restaurants. Immer wieder gerne!

Perfekt! Wunderschöne Villa mit Traumblick

a recommander , mais un avertissement pour personne âgée a mobilité réduite

pour notre séjour en famille , il était prévue une sixième personne qui malheureusement n as pu participer au séjour , cependant il est heureux qu' elle n ai pu venir car cette personne est une personne âgée . ma grand mère n aurait pu monter les nombreuses marches de la maison .par conséquent nous avons été déçue de constater , toutes Ces marches a monter .il aurait été préférable de le signaler sur les photos ou sur le texte . je ne relouerais pas cette maison pour d autres vacances . dommages la vue est magnifiquement belle 5 étoiles .

Nie wieder...

Das Haus und der Außenbereich sind in die Jahre gekommen. Das ist absolut nicht schlimm, allerdings sollte alles zumindest sauber und gepflegt sein. Das war leider nicht der Fall. Die Wohnungen waren äußerst schlecht geputzt. Geschirr im Schrank war schmutzig, Fliesen in der oberen Küche fettig, Waschbecken im Bad schmutzig, Haare in der Dusche, rotes Stoffsofa voller Schweißflecken... Draußen war ewig nicht gefegt und eine Poolreinigung besteht nicht nur aus 8 Becher Chlor. Bettdecken lagen ohne Bezüge im Schrank und haben so sehr gestunken, dass wir diese nicht nutzen konnten. Die Matratzen waren braun vor Schweiß, unter den Betten diverse Gegenstände von den Vormietern. Die Vermieterin hat sich schnell um die Probleme gekümmert, hat uns auch einen Umzug angeboten, den wir jedoch aufgrund unseres kurzen Aufenthalts abgelehnt haben. Wir wollten nur ein paar schöne Tage verbringen und nicht über die Wartung des Hauses reden. Leider machte die Vermieterin einen genervten Eindruck, der durch ihre oberlehrerhaften, leicht frechen Kommentare bestärkt wurde. Sorry, wir waren Gäste.... Leider war der Schimmel in der unteren Dusche und auch im Schlafzimmer immer noch oder schon wieder (hatte ein Gast bereits 09/22 bemängelt) vorhanden. Die Ölheizung roch extrem und die Pumpe war 24/7 laut. Eins unserer Häuser hat ebenfalls eine Ölheizung, allerdings haben wir diese Probleme nicht. Es gab aber auch etwas Positives: Der Blick auf das Meer..

Gerne wieder!

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Das Schönste war für uns der Panoramablick: Berge, Meer und Pinienwald! Die Vermieterin war ständig erreichbar und hat bei kleinen Problemen sofort reagiert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, vielen Dank!

Ruhige Lage, schöner Pool und netter Kontakt

Wir waren zwei Wochen mit zwei Familien dort und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ist alles wie in der Beschreibung. Das Objekt liegt ruhig gelegen auf einem Berg mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Der Wind hat auch gut für Durchzug gesorgt bei 35 grad im Schatten. Wir haben vom Besitzer gute Tips bekommen. Würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Maison spacieuse et bien équipée

Maison très agréable avec beaucoup d'espace et bien équipée. Elle est divisée en 2 avec un espace à l'étage comprenant 3 chambres, et un appartement en-dessous avec 1 chambre. Du coup, tout est en double (machines à laver, salles d'eau, four, cafetières... ) La piscine était froide mais elle s'est réchauffée au fil des jours : je pense qu'elle avait été vidée en partie et re remplie juste avant notre arrivée. Difficile d'en profiter les 1ers jours. Nous avons eu beaucoup de vent (pas de chance) et avons sorti les polaires tout de même en soirée : la maison étant sur les hauteurs, ça peut souffler beaucoup en fonction de la météo : la vue a un prix... mais elle est magnifique ! Quel plaisir de regarder se lever le soleil en buvant son café ! A noter toutefois que le barbecue est situé à l'arrière de la maison, sur une terrasse protégée du vent. Impeccable pour les chiens. Quelques difficultés pour ma maman en raison des marches pour accéder à la maison mais une fois sur place, tout se passe bien. Les voitures peuvent sans problème être garée devant la maison. Le village de Pals et autres attractions alentours valent le coup. Il y a une pinède à proximité et accessible à pieds : elle permet d'accéder à la mer, et offre aux sportifs une excellente zone ombragée (beaucoup de coureurs, cyclistes et promeneurs de chiens). Il faut toutefois avoir une bonne condition physique pour remonter jusqu'à la maison une fois ressorti de la pinède. Tous les commerces sont à proximité.

Einfach rundum wundervoll :)

Der wohl schönste Sommerurlaub den wir je hatten :) Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und obendrein noch eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer! Es war blitzeblank sauber. Wir haben uns 2 Wochen wie zu Hause gefühlt :) Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich sympathisch, absolut verlässlich und sehr hilfsbereit. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, Strände und kleine hübsche Orte. Man sollte allerdings gut zu Fuß sein, da das Haus auf einem Hügel liegt und einige Treppenstufen zum Hauseingang führen. Bei der Aussicht die sich dadurch ergibt ist dies aber absolut zu vernachlässigen :) Wir haben uns selten so wohl und so willkommen gefühlt. Es war ein rundum wunderschöner Urlaub:)

Superbes vacances !!!

Superbe maison pour vos.vacances en famille ou entre amis. Rien ne manque. Superbes vues depuis la maison. Propriétaires forts sympathiques ainsi que lage.ce qui nous remet les cles. Une voiture est indispensable pour aller aux superbes plages alentours avec parkings payants. Bonnes futures vacances !!!

Beschreibung bitte genau lesen ...

... denn dieses Objekt ist doch etwas speziell. Es liegt exponiert auf einem Hügel, was dazu führt, daß sehr häufig tagsüber ein teilweise starker Wind weht. Schon von der Strasse zum Haus sind 40 bzw. 50 steile Stufen zu bewältigen. Für Spaziergänge sollte man gut zu Fuss sein, denn es gibt lange und zT sehr steile Wege bis in die Ebene. Einkäufe und Strandausflüge sind ohne PKW nicht möglich. Aus all dem macht die Hausbeschreibung auch gar keinen Hehl, sie ist vollständig, exakt und umfassend. Wenn man diese Randbedingungen akzeptiert, steht einem erholsamen und ruhigen Urlaub nichts im Weg. Die Aufteilung in eine große obere Wohnung und ein kleines Apartement darunter sowie die Zimmeraufteilung ist durchdacht und zweckmäßig. Auch für größere Grupen bzw. Familien gibt es Rückzugsräume und auch bei starkem Wind gibt es entweder auf der terrasse, aber ganz bestimmt im Patio windstille Ecken. Uns ( 5 Erw., 3 Kinder) hat es gefallen und auch unsere 2 Hunde haben sich offensichtlich wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist komplett, es gibt auch für 8 Personen genug Geschirr und Besteck sowie viele Kochtöpfe für alle möglichen Bedarfe - sogar eine Paellapfanne. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell und problemlos und auch die Agentur vor Ort hat einen guten Job gemacht und war bei zwei kleineren Problemen (Abfluss, Befestigung einer Gardinenstange) kompetent in der Problembehebung. Insgesamt ein gutes Angebot mit einem fairen Preis für ein Objekt dieser Größe

So beautiful

A house where you can stay with your family to have a great time even if it’s raining or windy. The owner is very helpful and a great host even if he isn’t there. Provided us with child beds and seats. If you want privacy, spend time with your family in a piecefull surrounding than this house is a very good choice.

Herbsturlaub im schönen Pals. Das Haus hat jede Menge Wohnraum, alles tipptopp und komplett modernisiert. Der Garten ist für unseren Geschmack ein bisschen zu wild, aber insgesamt trotzdem schön, mit vielen Pinienbäumen. Für Strand und Pool war es schon zu kühl im November, aber tagsüber konnte man gut im windgeschützten Innenhof sitzen. super zum Grillen. Jede Menge Ausflugsziele in der Nähe und viele gute Restaurants. Die Treppe zum Haus hat viele Stufen, aber mit Geländer. Auch meine Schwiegereltern mit Mitte 70 hatten keine Probleme. Sehr schöner Urlaub. Tolle Gegend, super Haus, Meerblick ist unbeschreiblich schön.
