Perfect base for exploring surrounding cities due to the convenience of location. Welcome to the unbeatable sunshine & beauty of California nature :)

Please note there is no hookup for this RV, so may not be as convenient as regular housing, not ideal for heavy cooking & shower & restroom use, thus listed at such an affordable price. Definitely not ideal for people who are looking for luxury lodging with a low budget. So expectation management is highly appreciated 🙏❤️ Trying to raise funding for our new ministry that spread the name of LORD JESUS. Thank you very much for your understanding. Ideal for people who have a 24 Hour Fitness gym pass to use the gym facility nearby & will be eating out mostly. Microwave works fine, I still need to figure out how to use the water & sewer tanks. Will provide detailed house manual once I figure it out for the full use of the RV. In the meantime, this is still a sweet & comfortable spot to lodge if you are just looking for a place to rest in the evening.

I’m a friendly & social person that is on flexible schedule and would love to help out with requests or questions you may have during the trip. If you are without a car & need emergency help to go somewhere, I can come by & give you a ride for a small fee. Looking forward to host you and your lovely group 😊.
