We were excited at first. Unfortunately, when we got to the condo, we weren't given correct code info, as to how to get into the lockbox. My husband went to our room and the door was wide open with the keys on the counter. The condo had not been cleaned at all. I called the number that was given to me. I was told to come back in an hour or so. We came back and tried again to get our key. It wasnt in the lockbox. My husband then went to the room again, and the door was unlocked and the keys were on the counter. It was clean this time.
I went into the bathroom and it was dirty and only had 1 towel. I then checked the laundry room and I found towels on a shelf. They were still wet and only had 1 wash cloth. The towel that was in the bathroom was also still wet. The bathroom had a strong smell of bleach. I dried the towels and called the number again. They made a lot of excuses. I was not impressed and was disappointed that they didn't bring us dry towels, or try and help us.
