Excelente custo benefício, recepção extremamente prestativa. Só senti falta de mais cuidados em relação ao café da manhã, não haviam luvas descartáveis disponíveis e fiscalização quanto ao uso de máscara ao se servir, alguns hóspedes não a utilizaram neste momento.

Manutenção deixa a desejar

Quarto muito pequeno. Telefone não funcionava. Controle do ar condicionado também não funcionou. Manutenção do banheiro deixa a desejar. Tentaram forçar a barra pra pegar um carro particular até o aeroporto por 50 reais. Chamei um Uber com facilidade e paguei 13 reais.

Não há o que criticar do hotel, porém o motorista que eles indicaram para me levar no aeroporto não compareceu. Tive sorte porque consegui um Uber. Do contrário essa irresponsabilidade poderia ter tido sérias consequências!

Ótimo custo-benefício perto do aeroporto de Palmas

Definitivamente foi um achado! A corrida de Uber/99 deu somente R$ 12,90 do hotel para o aeroporto. Eu pagaria muito mais se tivesse me hospedado em outra área da cidade ou chamado um táxi. O Hotel Astória é muito limpo, organizado, possui um jardim agradável aos olhos e os funcionários também são muito simpáticos! Não posso deixar de falar da boa localização, próximo a um comércio bem movimentado com farmácias, supermercados, restaurantes e até lojas de roupas. Eu com certeza voltaria a me hospedar com eles se precisasse esperar a hora do meu voo em Palmas! Só deixo como pontos negativos: o tamanho do banheiro, que é bem apertado; a lixeira do banheiro, que não possui tampa e deixa um cheiro desagradável; e a cama, que é um pouco dura.

Simples

Hotel simples, porém atende à finalidade, que era ficar perto do aeroporto. No entanto, não há lugar próximo para comer e, diferentemente da outra vez que estive, a limpeza estava precária. Deixaram lixo na lixeira e uma toalha suja no banheiro.
