Céu Palmas Hotel was very clean and upscale. We like the hotel and would stay there again. The only complaint we had was our room service took much longer than we were told, but it was most likely a busy night for them.

O Hotel é bom, quarto pequeno mas confortavel. No entanto, os funcionários do hotel não são cordiais e tampouco aceitam qualquer pedido fora do roteiro. Alugamos dois quartos, chegamos ao hotel as 13h20 e pedi para fazer o checkin pois tinhamos chegado de viagem e precisariamos ir a médicos logo depois. A recepecionista não perguntou a nenhuma camareira se o quarto estava limpo, não conversou com nenhum superior e imediatamente me negou. Pedi para que liberasse ao menos 1 quarto, onde todos tomariam banho e depois iriamos ao outro quarto e mesmo assim, negado. Disse que podria fazer o favor de liberar as 13h40 mas para minha surpresa, nesse horario ela COMEÇOU a burocracia de checkin, o que fez com que chegassemos aos quartos as 14h15. Ou seja, não fez nada por nós. O A la carte não gostamos também, o parmegiana tinha tanto de um tempero que não conseguimos comer, ficou inteiro no prato. Café da manhã se chega cedo, ok. Se chegar tarde esta tudo por repor mesmo ainda faltando meia hora pro horário do café terminar. Enfim, não voltaria. Pelo valor, esperava ser melhor tratada.
