Céu Palmas Hotel was very clean and upscale. We like the hotel and would stay there again. The only complaint we had was our room service took much longer than we were told, but it was most likely a busy night for them.

O quarto estava limpo e o serviço de limpeza muito bom e confiável. O café da manha é bem sortido. Atende bem. O ar condicionado do quarto funcionou muito bem. A academia, apesar de merecer alguns novos aparelhos e um conjunto de pesos melhores, atende bem o aeróbico (bicicleta e esteira). Tem água e maçãs.

Não recomendo e não voltaria. Pelo valor cobrado, existem hotéis muito melhores. Ar-condicionado direcionado para a cama, extremamente desconfortável, principalmente para quem é asmático. Janelas não abrem. Banheiro sem janela, apenas exaustor, e com tampa do vaso quebrada. Frigobar não é abastecido, apenas dois copos de água de cortesia. Qualquer outra água precisa buscar na recepção ou comprar fora. Atendimento inflexível. Tudo é “não”. Não há possibilidade de antecipar o café da manhã, mesmo avisando com antecedência. Check-in antecipado é cobrado como meia diária, mesmo com o hotel vazio. Não há parcelamento, apenas pagamento à vista. Funcionários ríspidos, falta acolhimento e cordialidade. A sensação é de estar pedindo favores.
