Lovely clean hotel in Palma. Very convenient to walk into town and see all the major sights. Short walks to bus stops including the A1 to the airport. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by too. The thing that really made this stay good though was the staff and in particular Miguel. Nothing was too much trouble and he has that rare ability to make you feel special; like he is going just a little bit further for you than everyone else even though I'm sure he does the same for all his guests. Thank you and the next time we come to Palma, this is where we will be staying.

Really friendly and attentive staff, great breakfast! Really stylish design, perfect place to relax for a few days. Nice rooftop area with small pool - lovely views, great for an evening drink to watch the sunset! Highly recommend staying here

Hotel Basilica is a beautiful Hotel. The staff were extremely professional and gracious. Amazing breakfast! Just an amazing staff, especially the morning breakfast staff and afternoon/evening staff. I would definitely return!

We stayed for a week in October 2023 and were really pleased with the hotel. The staff are especially worth a mention as all of them are friendly and helpful. Well-placed for walking into the city centre.
