Amenities - the store at the poolside was a bonus and added to a relaxing experience. The room is great to have a full kitchen to buy groceries and cook. Check in was smooth. But we appreciated the staff trying to accommodate us for an earlier check in.

The Hyatt Vacation Club in Palm Springs was perfect for our three night stay. The resort was clean, updated, and offered the perfect kitchen to prep and cook meals. Our bedroom had a set of sliding doors that lead to a quaint patio with comfortable loungers. The grounds were well kept and so was the pool. The entire resort was quiet. We sat on the lawn on a hill and watched the sunset over the mountains. It was beautiful. Traffic from the resort to downtown was easy to navigate. They drive is short. We booked through Expedia and received a $30 credit at the sundry shop. That was really nice. Customer service was outstanding. We plan to book here again in January 2027.

The apartment was fully stocked with all kitchen needs, bring your own food and beverages. We had oven, microwave, coffee pot, hot water kettle, toaster, dishwasher AND washer & dryer. Pool area is beautifully landscaped, as is the whole property. Office staff can help with anything you may require. This is the place!

The staff were very good! Very personable. Rooms were clean.Enjoyed your pool tables a number of nights. Pool cues were in good shape which is a rarity. However no lines on the felt which made playing awkward. Our room keys did not work one evening. We were told it was an IT matter. Inconvenient. We wished the lounge would stay open later than 8 p.m. Whole facilility was clean.
