Check in process was smooth, Ava nice enough to call day of arrival and send codes to get in. Unfortunately codes did not work and we were locked out. I called there calling service, after multiple call backs and over 30 mins of no answer from the hotel staff, they finally agreed TO ESCALATE THE CALL TO THE MANAGER, he called me back a couple of minutes afterwards.

An amazing stay
I stayed at The Westcott this past weekend with my family, and we cannot recommend it strongly enough. What a wonderful stay! The location is perfect - a quick ride to/from the PSP airport and close to downtown / all of the cool sites. The decor is very cool; very in line with the Palm Springs Old Hollywood vibe. The rooms and common areas are clean and comfortable. The pool is heated and the hot tub is a wonderful treat. The complimentary breakfast and all-day snacks are delicious and come in super handy late-night. And, finally, Mathew (the owner), is a gem. He is extremely kind and accommodating, and made us feel more like old friends than hotel guests. Don’t hesitate. Stay here!

Loved loved loved my stay at the Westcott…from the fun vintage decore/vibe throughout the property, to the comfortable room that had every necessity covered and the delicious breakfast that was complimentary… I did not want to leave! I can’t say enough about how delightful the owner, Matthew, was as well… take my word for it.. the hotel is wonderful! I am definitely coming back and highly recommend it!
