At checkin the staff were not very helpful, pointed me in the wrong direction to my room. The hot tub was green and cold. My room was fine. The pool area was nice although only one of the two were open. It’s an okay place to stay. Just not nearly as clean or nice as it’s looks.

This is a motel property with motel rooms. We had a “premium” room and I’m not sure what was premium about it. Lovely view of the pool but it was cold so no one was using it which was probably a good thing. Lots of noise (housekeeping, trash pick up, etc) in the early morning. Front desk staff were fine but not welcoming or friendly. Expensive for what it was.

Hotel nice and clean and great location. Only issue was loud music by the pool you can hear in your room from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. Nonstop auto tune house type music NON STOP.

We only stayed one night, and it was very nice. The staff was helpful, and the room and bathroom were clean. The flooring in the bathroom was very nice but the flooring in the room was different. It was not normal carpeting. This would not keep me from staying there again. It was a good experience.

Have very low expectations and you’ll be OK. Maybe

If you have low expectations, this hotel is adequate at best. We paid for a balcony room but when we wanted to sit at the balcony at night, there was no working light and it was pitch black. Maintenance couldn’t fix it after trying for 2 days. The front desk informed us we would get a credit, however after 3 calls over 2 weeks inquiring about the credit, the “supervisor “ was never available and never returned the call. The floors in the room are plastic and feels like walking on place mats. The bed is lumpy. It’s a low cost party hotel, and if that is your expectation, you won’t be disappointed. Maybe.

everything was very good but the wifi connecters they where loose didn't work at all I had to unplug the lamp to use the plug and I was there for work and I had to buy a plug bar for my charge machines and I Pad .And the ROKU didn't work I don't know if Id come back everything else was ok...

It seems like assigned rooms booked through Expedia are the nearest to the road/traffic. I get the same front rooms on the street every time I stay here. So you get a better service if you book directly with the hotel - and that’s not acceptable. Or just say it.

The location was good and close to Palm springs downtown. Pool area was nice and well maintained. The room was a bit small but had been updated. It was a bit dark and could use better lighting in the room and bathroom. Smoke alarm green light flashing at night a bit annoying and entry door could use a seal around the door. I give it a 3.5 star.

Bathroom was not good. No room to put anything on vanity and no place to hang hand towels. Door would not close unless you shoved it closed and when it would open it would squeak all the way open. Paid for three of us and only had two sets of towels. When we went to get a third set and asked for a third bottle of water, was told it would be an additional $5. Only one hanging chair on balcony and it was in poor shape and you could not see over past the material blocking the view on the balcony. Music was piped to the pool but the bar and restaurant at the pool was never open the 3 days we were there. Bright blinking light in the room all night that kept us awake. They gave us a page and a half of rules we had to initial when we checked in. I would not stay at this place again. Only good thing was Gigi's the restaurant.

Unfortunately our stay at the V was disappointing and frustrating, especially for the price point. During a busy weekend it was nearing $400 and the cleanliness / facilities were not up to standard. The room smelled strongly of an unpleasant cleaning product, there were stains on the wall and carpet, and the bathroom did not look serviced (not to mention there was still painters tape present). There was a light switch marked for a lamp that did nothing, and it took asking the front desk why neither would turn on to find the solution (moving a piece of furniture to get to switches) and three of the four usb outlets did not work. The 21 pool and hot tub's heaters were also not working, leaving the family pool as your only option. Overall it was a bad experience and I would not recommend it unless you were very low on options.
