Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open out to the backyard oasis, bringing the views in. Just off the kitchen, the laundry room has an abundance of cabinetry. SLEEPING QUARTERS All four bedrooms are the epitome of comfort. Enjoy luxury mattresses, sumptuous bedding, SmartTVs, ample storage, chic decor and spa-like ensuite baths. The spacious, romantic Primary Suite has a King bed, an ensuite bath, and direct access to an enclosed garden patio with a private spa and a lounge area, plus an outdoor shower. Bedroom suite #2 has a King bed, ensuite bath and direct access to a patio. Bedroom #3 is actually a two-room suite with adjoining sleeping areas that can be closed off from each other. The first room has a King bed, an ensuite bath and direct access to a patio. The second room has two Twin beds (they can be converted to a King upon request). Both rooms in Bedroom Suite #3 have their own TV and closet space, plus direct access to the hall. Bedroom Suite #4 features a King bed, direct access to the yard, and easy access to a hallway guest bathroom. All of the ensuite bathrooms feature marble vanities and marble tile showers/baths. Vanities sit beneath mirrors and windows optimized to bring in natural desert light but maintain privacy.
