Dine at the adjacent table and then settle into the main living area, where you can switch on the gas fireplace and stream all your favorite channels on the smart TV. You'll love the large sliding wall of glass that opens up to the outdoor space, creating a beautiful indoor/outdoor experience. Outside, the enclosed yard offers numerous seating options, large rectangle pool, an above ground hot tub, propane BBQ grill, and of course beautiful mountain views. *Note - Palm Springs does have power lines that you want to be mindful of. 
 
The primary bedroom features a King size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a glass slider that leads outside to the pool and hot tub. The two guest bedrooms have Queen size beds and share the hallway bathroom that offers a shower/tub combo. 

This property also includes a cozy poolside casita that features a living area with a double sofa bed, TV, sink, bathroom, and a round table that's perfect for playing board games while overlooking the poolside views.The bathroom tile is orginal to the home and is a fun funky blue that still sparkles today. 

As an added bonus, there's an electric vehicle charger in the garage as an extra perk.

In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation. Our homeowners have made this home available for others to enjoy with their responsible group that will treat the home and neighborhood with respect.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the cities and house rules. The City of Palm Springs prohibits music and loud noise. It strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed outdoors at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00 pm and 10:00 am, and guests are asked to be inside during those hours and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $69 nightly or $345 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 82-84 degrees. Additionally, you can heat the above ground hot tub at no additional cost.
