The living room is cozy and offers a large sectional sofa that is ideal for gathering around the large TV and/or getting warm by the fireplace. The fireplace is dual and can be enjoyed by the dining area and additional seating area as well.
Perfect for socializing, the updated wet bar offers the tools and space to create your perfect cocktail. Guests can sit in the 6 seat dining table or bar top while you cook up a meal in the spacious kitchen. Whether you will be having a BBQ or a nice quite dinner for two, this kitchen is fully stocked for whatever you need.
The Master Suite offers a King bed and private access to the back patio. The guest bedroom is located at the opposite side of the condo (making this a great destination for 2 couples); it offers a queen bed and nearby guest bathroom.
In this condo you will never hear the pitter-patter of little (or big) feet above you. It also has a one car garage, plus one additional private parking by entry door.
