The house has mountain views, paradise back yard, a sectional sofa, TV, and is open to the formal dining area, living room also opens up to the pool. The well appointed kitchen has everything you need to create a fabulous dinner! There is seating for 6 at the dining table so it's easy to entertain while cooking. The Backyard/Pool Area is the perfect place to relax! There Gas Grill, table and chairs for dining and 2 lounging chairs and a sparkling pool and hot tub. There are community pools, parks, walking/running paths and a basketball quart ***** Hot tub Heating fees of $30/night apply if heated**** There is a laundry room with full size Washer & Dryer 2 Car Garage Location: Mountain Gate Estates 5 minute drive to the tam!
