Happiness in the Desert
We stayed at this property for the month of March and enjoyed it verymuch. The pictures are accurate with some exceptions- the awning onthe back deck has been removed, there is a new couch in the livingroom and the back deck looks quite different than the one pictured.We would suggest that the pictures be updated. We received a promptresponse for our initial inquiry from the property manager and thereservation process went very smoothly. The property is very wellmanaged by Oranj Palm Vacation Homes- we were happy with theprompt response from their staff for maintenance issues as well as thecheck in and check out.We had many likes about the unit including the front patio for morningcoffee and evening happy hours. The kitchen is well equipped withcooking and eating utensils, good barbecue on the back deck, bedswere a great size- comfortable and equipped with good linens.Amenities such as Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked well. We werealso pleased with the TV plan and especially appreciative of the owneracquiring the tennis channel for the month of March.We would give this property a rating of 4 out 5 because of thefollowing issues. In general, the home was clean. One area ofconcern was in the main bedroom where we found trash from previousguests under the bed as well as the window covering slats. The frontsliding doors were not clean outside upon arrival. This isunderstandable due to the sand and dust and we would be happy tomaintain while we are renting
