Great Pool area in the wonderful and wonderous Warm Sands area of Downtown Palm Springs. The Housekeeper ANDREA was amazingly kind and absolutely went the Extra Mile for our Family during our stay of the week. Thank You to this particular location staff for a great time !

The staff are ok the rooms are ok but the showers get water everywhere in the bathroom but overall it’s a decent place to stay especially given how cheap the rooms are. I’d stay here again.

Typical Motel 6

It was cheap, so didn't have high expectations. Thermostat was ancient & had no cover on it so I had no idea what the temp was set at, but it was certainly blowing cold, so that was nice. Beds aren't exactly comfy, there was a footprint on the fitted sheet & the bath towels were freaking small.

Convenient location. Walking distance from the Arenas. There were bugs and cockroaches on the floor, in the sink and there might be bed bugs because I noticed a swollen bug bite lookalike on my back. There was water leaking from the ceiling in the morning of checking out. I thought I had booked a room with a microwave. I even called to confirm before arriving and they told me their rooms had microwaves. They charged me extra money to have a microwave in my room.

I definitely enjoyed my last visit. The young woman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The AC unit worked so much better than my last visit and overall everything was clean.
