Absolutely loved Gloria. It feels completely different from staying at a big Palm Springs resort — quiet, private and full of character, but you can still walk to restaurants, shops and everything downtown. The pool and gardens feel like your own little Palm Springs hideaway. Alfredo was incredibly welcoming and made us feel taken care of without ever being overbearing. This is exactly what a boutique hotel should be.

There are plenty of beautiful hotels in Palm Springs, but Gloria actually feels like Palm Springs. The property has so much history and personality, from the bungalow-style rooms to the gardens and pool. Knowing the property dates back to old Hollywood and was once associated with Gloria Swanson makes it even more special. It’s been updated beautifully without losing the charm that makes it unique. We’ll absolutely be back
