Smaller rooms that expected but were clean and very comfortable beds. Shower never got past lukewarm. No turndown service at all and where to get this every second day. Breakfast was disappointing and very small pool. Pictures off Expedia are not what they seem.

I was told there would be quarters provided by the front desk for laundry, there was not. My room was not cleaned when I was there, I called on my 3rd day and asked for accommodations the redhead working the counter was very short with me and not Helpful. Someone came and gave Me more towels and wiped Down the bathroom. Thursday I came back and it still wasn’t cleaned, Fatima switched my room. She was excellent. That’s why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

Was offered a room where the AC was not working. On reporting the issue we were asked us to move to a room with 1 king size bed and 1 Sofa bed. With a family of 4, I ended up sleeping on the floor so that my Daughter and Wife can have a good sleep. This is the worst experience I had with Fairfield Marriott hotels. Being a member myself i would not recommend this hotel for stay.
