So many things were broken in the room. We were told there was no maintenance working. The air conditioning wasn't working properly. The fridge was not working. The light was out in the shower. And the worst part was that we never had a cleaning in the 3 nights we were there.

Room had a scent, couldn’t figure it out. I always travel with sanitizing wipes and spray. Room “looked clean” my daughter and I went to it and wiped everything down and sprayed. We then left to go have dinner but when we came back, that smell was still in the air and it felt really cold so I raised the temperature and sprayed again. Smell went away, the next day the room felt stuffy so I turned on the AC and there’s that smell again. Didn’t think anything of it. We were out all day and just wanted to get ready for bed and relax. I just couldn’t get over the smell so I turned on my flashlight on my phone and checked the AC vent and that’s when I found a mold spur probably the size of a quarter and the intake was full of dust and what appeared to be smaller mold dots here and there in the vent. The smell in the restroom would not go away. It smells like urine or mildew. It wasn’t coming from the shower curtain. It was either coming from the floor or the wallpaper next to the toilet. It has a lot of mysterious stains on it, whoever thought it was a good idea to put wallpaper next to the toilet, didn’t think it through. They advertise having Netflix and Hulu, Netflix was not available. The pool has a lot to be desired, very small and not inviting at all. They advertise having a bar there is no bar to be found. The only thing that was good was the breakfast. I will give them that. Staff was friendly. I would not stay here again especially in room 318! I have pics but can’t p
