The kitchen is well stocked with everything you’d need to make your stay easy and simple for preparing meals, snacks, or that favorite drink. There is also a washer and dryer, microwave, coffee pot, stove and refrigerator. Living room has plenty of seating for watching TV, DVD player. Condo has cable, internet and International long distance calls service.
The complex has 4 tennis courts, hot tub, 11 pools, gym and beautifully manicured grounds with plenty of walkways through greenbelts throughout the complex. The pool near this condo is usually not busy, so it’s like having a private pool all to yourself.

This condo is walking distance to Target, trader Joe's, Starbucks and more. Plus hiking trails nearby. Also a short drive from airport, Walmart, Home Depot, Ross, Marshalls, Bed Bath & Beyond and many more stores and restaurants.

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

overall a nice place that I would highly recommend. The owner may want to turn the water heater temperature down as it was extremely hot and he is probably losing money (note I own rental property as well, and trust me this adds up). I think 1 more piece of furniture (chair) in living room would be helpful. Also if the management could print out TV usage instructions it would be helpful (I do at my places). Small issues, overall, and I really did like the unit.

The location is amazing, lots of places to walk around too, close to the shops, condo has a nice 80’s layout, big bedroom and closets, it’s a safe place.

Had some.issues with this property initially; dated furniture, bug issues, the fact you can't turn the A/C below 75, and cleanliness of some items. Filed a formal complaint with Vrbo and leasing agency, ...no one followed up.

While the grounds were kept very well, and the Housekeeping section of the place was terrific, my one bedroom unit was one or two notches below a Holiday Inn. The front door lock stuck, the curtains kept falling off the track (louver type), the furniture was reminiscent of the 60's 70's. No couch only a small love seat, front area rug was black and leaving bits of fluff all over the floor. Problems with the cable as well. I had to call Housekeeping twice. Needless to say I won't be back there again.

Well Located, Clean & Quiet

Condo was centrally located on the Palm Springs/Cathedral City border. Property was large, clean and well appointed with the pool and tennis/pickle ball courts close by. Property is dated and could use updating(new fixtures/appliances/cabinets) of both the kitchen and bathroom. However this didn't greatly impact our enjoyment of the property and its location.

Needs complete renovation!!

While this place was clean (the only positive), the entire place and furnishings were straight out of 1975. It's as if the original owner passed away and whoever inherited it chose to use this as a rental without changing or updating a thing! And it wasn't like a cool, retro vibe. The furniture was either completely shot or horribly uncomfortable and the mattress on the bed was the worst. We actually only spent 2 nights (out of 4) there and moved to a friend's house. The pool was ok.
